Dash Burger presents The George Motz Pop-Up World Tour!

Iconic burger guru George Motz is coming to Dublin to smash burgers for all his loyal fans! The renowned filmmaker, historian, author, and proponent of the smash burger technique will be serving his version of the historic Oklahoma Onion Burger at an outdoor cook out on Thursday 19th May from 17.30 - 20.30 at Urban Brewing at the chq Building, Custom House Quay.

Expect summer vibes at this outdoor event with live DJs to get the party started!

As well as a chance to ‘eat and meet’ with the burger legend himself, there will be craft beers on tap from O’Hara’s Brewery, and a cocktail bar from Dash Burger’s northside neighbours Craft Cocktails.

This one off event is presented by independent burger joint, Dash Burger, whose crispy, caramelised smashed burgers are directly inspired by George’s legacy and pay homage to the best of American flavours, made with the finest aged Irish beef.

Entry includes a burger smashed by George, as well as a beer or soft drink.
