This is a great course to start building your knowledge and confidence in working with Data Protection and GDPR.

About this Event

This training course will provide you with an introduction to the regulations and help you become familiar with the basic components of a GDPR compliance program. We will also look at the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, pointing out the differences with the GDPR.

Completion of this program enables candidates to take their first step towards fulfilling the other roles under the GDPR legislation

This course is focused on GDPR from both a Business and Technical context - it is NOT designed to provide authoritative legal advice

The course will take around 6 hours to complete with a 1 hour exam at the end
