Description

Overview:

This course is formed of two 3 day workshops aimed at upskilling coaches, managers and leaders in developing a high performing environment and effective HP coaching leadership and management skills.

Who is the workshop designed for?

This course will suit any current coaches/managers working at performance or high performance level, or aspiring to do so in the future.

Certification:

A Certificate of Attendance is awarded for the course but the aim is not to constrain the learning environment by making the workshop a formal course.

Course Delivery:

The workshops will take place at Dublin City University near Dublin Airport. It is possible to attend just one of the 3 days workshops. A practical delivery style will incorporated through out drawing upon current research and exemplars from the sporting world.

Workshop Presenters and Facilitators:

The course has been designed by Dr. David Passmore and he will integral in the delivery along with number of high profile coachers and academics and practical experts such as Dr. Aine MacNamara. Liam Moggan and many more. David spent 14 years as a High performance coach, manager and director and has been involved in numerous coach development initiatives including the Sport Ireland Institute Pursuit of Excellence Program.

Resources:

A number of bespoke and research based resources will be made available to the participants that they can utilise within the personal development and coaching environment.

Cost:

€400 per 3 day workshop (or €700 for both)

The number of places will be limited to protect the quality and nature of the course.
