Steve Wall (The Stunning), Ger Griffin (Rollerskate Skinny), Grainne Dee (Hostess), Torsten Kinsella (God Is An Astronaut) discuss their band's debut LPs with Dan Hegarty.

Consistently voted one of the best debut Irish rock albums of all time, The Stunning's 'Paradise in the Picturehouse' spent 5 weeks at number one upon it's first release in 1990 and spawned classic singles such as Brewing up a Storm , Got to Get Away and Half Past Two among other great tracks. Steve Wall from the band will be discussing the writing and recording of the album.

God Is An Astronaut are an instrumental, post-rock three piece hailing from the Glen of the Downs, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. They formed in 2002 and released their debut album The End Of The Beginning' in 2002 on their own Revive Records label. Torsten Kinsella will be talking about its production.

Shoulder Voices is the debut album by Rollerskate Skinny. The album was named the Album of the Month in CMJ magazine. It also won the band many influential fans and lead to an appearance on the 1994 Lollapalooza tour and a new recording contract with the seminal Sire label. Ger Griffin will be joining the panel to talk about its recording.

Former Cap Pas Cap front woman, Grainne Dee released her debut solo album a year ago, under the name Hostess. Gráinne will be talking about the process involved and the change from fronting a band to flying solo.
