What is it?
The Disciplinary Tribunals Seminar will delve into the latest developments in regulatory and disciplinary proceedings, offering delegates analysis of the very latest developments and essential guidance in this rapidly evolving area of law.
A consideration of the role of the legal assessor to professional regulatory tribunals will be discussed, as will a consideration of the impact of publicity and the media on these tribunals. The concept of poor professional performance will also be analysed, along with cross-border issues in professional misconduct.

The venue has an agreement with Fleet St. car park and the IFSC. Parking costs €10 per day, which is validated at Reception in Chartered Accountants House. The venue is also very close to Pearse Street train station.

What is the refund policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or letter, no later than 14 days prior to the event for a refund (less an administration charge of 25% plus VAT). Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that date.
