DIT Societies End of Year Party

At the end of a long year; after the Socs Awards, after BICS, after exams and theses and everything else...comes the DIT Societies End of Year Party. As always, the party is an amazing time to catch up with old friends, make new ones, have some food, a few drinks and a bit of craic!

As always, there's some housekeeping to take care of first. A new Grangegorman Chairperson needs to be elected to the Societies Executive Committee, the UNOFFICIAL Socs Awards need to take place, as do the Volunteering Awards. After that, it's all fun and games though!

The running order for the event is:

12:30 - Tea & Coffee Reception
13:00 - The LAST Socs Forum of the year
14:00 - Food & Feedback
15:00 - DIT Volunteering Awards & Guest Speaker (Dr Tony Bates - founder of Jigsaw)
16:30 - Barbeque!
18:00 onwards - Music from DIT DJ Soc and the Red Bull DJ Truck, with outdoor games & inflatables

We'll be in the Aungier Street Courtyard room for the Forum and the Volunteering Awards, moving outside to the outdoor Courtyard for the evening's food and entertainment!
