Erica Drum is a Tv and virtual Chef, cookery tutor, food stylist and supper club host. Erica has worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years. Her ability to explain and teach culinary skill, flavour, taste, and individuality is encouraging and bright. She absolutely adores feeding people delicious flavourful food, over the pandemic, this has changed and Erica had to diversify her brand, she began to teach hundreds of people how to create their own delicious food online through virtual cookalongs. She is a huge advocate for stoping food waste, sustainable cooking, growing your own and loves to give tips and tricks. Erica forages and cooks seasonally using Irish produce all year.
