About this event
On Saturday, 11 June, join visual artist Elida Maiques in her recently re-ignited passion for all things Willow!
Participants will use a simple, effective design to get a sense of how beautiful a material Willow is.
Come along and take part, talk and learn about Willow and local birdlife, learning elbow to elbow, as we weave our birdfeeders in the surroundings of the Samuel Beckett Civic Campus in Ballyogan.
There will be two workshops on the day (11 June):
- 12.30pm – 1.30pm
- 2.30pm – 3.30pm
Suitable for ages 9yrs+
Younger children can join in with older siblings, once parents/guardian remain with children during the workshop.
