Dr Carruthers workshop is based on her research with female academics in the UK of working practices, career progression and academic identity during the pandemic. www.deardiaryresearch.co.uk
The dear diary research data has been curated in an open access illustrated Digital Archive and a Final Report has been published by SRHE
In the interactive session we will use content from the Dear Diary Archive to prompt reflection on themes emerging from the archive and the longer-term impacts and implications of the pandemic for our working lives in the Irish HE sector.
Refreshments will be available.
