Anna (Short Film)

Synopsis: Mary spends her days looking after the chronically ill, 85 year-old Mr Michalis in a Cypriot village. This elderly gent is obsessed with the lead female character in a daytime soap opera named ‘Anna’, even referring to Mary by that name at times.

Eager to understand what is behind Mr Michalis’ fixation with the starlet, Mary’s investigations reveal that Anna’s importance to the old man goes far beyond being a mere character on a TV drama.
