“The average price of a 3 bed semi-detached house in Dublin is approx. €450k.  If you are a married guard and teacher on a joint annual salary of €80k then the maximum mortgage you can receive is €285k.  That is a gap of €165k"


Since 2010 rents have increased by over 80% in Dublin.  




This public meeting is on the Dublin housing crisis.  Our speakers will give their insights on the housing crisis and what they think could and should be done to address it.  Our speakers include:
