Monaghan County Council has engaged consultants, Sheridan Woods Architects and Urban Planners, to prepare the above referenced Plans. A presentation of these plans will be delivered by the consultants.

This presentation forms part of the consultation on the proposed variations of the Monaghan County Development Plan 2019-2025 to incorporate the Dublin Street North Regeneration Plan (Proposed Variation No. 3) and the Roosky Lands Master Plan (Proposed Variation No. 4).

Further details, including the plans, can be obtained at the Council’s website www.monaghan.ie and are available for inspection until 5pm on 11 February 2022 at the Planning Offices of Monaghan County Council, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan.
