Time: Registration 9.30 am ending at 4pm each day

Presenters: A team of specialist teachers and educational psychologists

This course is offered to qualified primary level teachers who are registered or eligible for registration with the Teaching Council. The course may be of special interest to Learning Support and Resource teachers.

At the end of the course delegates will have an understanding of what dyslexia is, how it can be identified and how it can be supported in classrooms and schools. An experienced learning support teacher will take you through practical classroom-based supports that you can use to help children with dyslexia.

A course certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. Qualified teachers who have completed this course may apply for inclusion on the Dyslexia Association of Ireland tutor lists which are available to members of the DAI.
