This event is part of the calendar of events supporting the Irish Early Career Awards 2022. It is open to all HR Leaders (whether entering the Awards or not !) and is free to attend.

Covid 19 was especially difficult for young professionals - graduate interns and those in their careers a mere 5 or 6 years, who lost valuable in-person mentoring opportunities, were often on-boarded remotely and engaged with key professional development initiatives virtually.
