About this event

Experience and learn about mindfulness – suitable if you’re new to mindfulness, if you practise mindfulness or if you are just curious.

You can begin this course at any time. It has fifteen lessons but you will be able to access it for as long as you like.

This, the most popular of my online courses, will help you make mindfulness part of your life easily. The course builds on my popular workshops in Ireland and the UK, on my mindfulness books, published in several countries and languages, and on more than 30 years of practice.

How do I pay for the course?

When you click 'Tickets' you will see the option to pay €20, €40 or a price you set yourself. I absorb all costs so nothing is added to the price you see or set.

How will I access the course?

After you complete your purchase, a confirmation will appear which includes the access link for the lessons. I suggest you copy this if you don't intend to use it straight away. A confirmation email from Eventbrite will also contain the access link. If you don't see a confirmation email, check spam. You can also contact me directly at pomorain@gmx.com

​Where and when can I do the course?

Anywhere and any time you've got an internet connection. And as most of the material is downloadable, you won't even need an internet connection if you've saved it.

How many lessons does it have and how long does it take?

Fifteen lessons. The first becomes available when you start. After that, a new lesson becomes available every third day. You could finish the course in 45 days - most people take it more slowly though, dipping in and out as it suits them.

​What if I can't keep up because of work or holidays (or even work or life in general)?

Don't worry, the course will be there for you when you get back. You can postpone at any time.

Can I dip into the lessons that most interest me?

Yes. If you are new to mindfulness you may want to go straight through from start to finish. If you are more experienced you may prefer to dip in and out of various topics.

When can I start the course?

Straight away if you want to or you can sign up now and start later. The timing is up to you. My Daily Bell mindfulness reminder forms part of the course experience and will continue for as long as you want though you can unsubscribe easily at any time.

Can I buy the course for a friend?

Yes. I recommend you buy it as if for yourself and then send the class enrolment link (which you will receive after buying it) to your friend who can take it from there.

Can I get a CPD certificate?

Yes, contact me after you have finished the course.
