Easy Mindfulness - an online course to help you make the skill and practice of mindfulness part of your daily life. mindfulness reduces stress and increases your wellbeing.

Make mindfulness part of your life easily. The course builds on my popular workshops in Ireland and the UK, on my mindfulness books, published in several languages, and on more than 30 years of practice.

Where and when can I do the course?
Anywhere and any time you've got an internet connection. And as most of the material is downloadable, you won't even need an internet connection if you've saved it.

What if I can't keep up because of work or holidays (or even work or life in general)?
Don't worry, the course will be there for you when you get back. You can postpone at any time.

When can I start the course?
Although the course was meant to begin on 9th May I am making it available immediatey in response to requests.

Can I buy the course for a friend?

Yes. I recommend you buy it as if for yourself and then send the class enrolment link (which you will receive after buying it) to your friend who can take it from there. If you like you can print out the email with the enrolment link and send it to your friend with a box of chocolates and a card though that part's up to you.

Can I get a CPD certificate?

Yes, contact me after you have finished the course and I will send it to you.
