Easy yoga, breathwork, meditation, smoothie and sauna.
Overview
We begin with some lovely slow flow yoga to ease the body and use some yin poses to release deeply held tension. A few breathing techniques will be used for nervous system balance and to bring a feeling of calm. We will have a nuitritious smoothie. A short time also to visit the onsite cafe for a hot drink, acai bowl or toastie.
We then enter the wonderful Barn sauna, which is totally private for our group. With private changing rooms and a 15 person sauna. There are cold showers and four cold baths for anyone taking a refreshing cold plunge.
This is a lovely part of the day where we can chat and get to know each other, and relax.
