About this event
This course is designed for those who struggle to start looking after themselves because life is just so busy.
It is also for those, who recognise that they cannot continue the way things are going at the moment.
EDUCATE:
In the 4-session, you will get a better understanding of the connection between our overall well-being and the foods we eat, but also how the foods we eat affect our sleep, our stress levels, and our ability to exercise. The course is rooted in the Lifestyle Medicine approach, and can be done by anybody!
SUPPORT
You will get two 30-mins coaching sessions with me before and after the programme to ensure you will get out of the course what you need, and also to take into consideration any underlying health conditions.
EMPOWER
After the 4-weeks, you have learned new tools that help you make better choices when it comes to the foods you buy and eat, as well as better choices in other areas of your life. You will have started to create new habits that will make living a healthier lifestyle second nature and easier.
