About this event
From North Connemara, Liz and Yvonne Kane release their fourth album ‘In Memory of Paddy Fahey’ featuring 15 of his compositions as well as newly written tunes from both Liz and Yvonne. From a young age, they have been very influenced by the traditional music of Sligo and East Galway, in particular the music of the master composer and fiddle player Paddy Fahey.
Therese McInerney is a fiddle player and singer from Miltown Malbay. 'The Youth That Belonged To Miltown' is Therese’s second studio album after her debut solo album 'Down the Strand' in 2017.
Marian Curtin is a flute and whistle player from Miltown Malbay. Earlier this year Marian recorded her first studio album 'The Youth That Belonged To Miltown' with fellow Miltown Malbay musician Therese McInerney.
