How do HR and Line Managers work together to effectively implement HR Strategy?

As the role of HR in people management has continued to evolve, thought leaders such as Dave Ulrich, have developed better models to support this evolution. As a result in many organisations, more elements of traditional HR are now being done by Line Management. Depending on the organisation involved and the extent of this HR development, it can become an onerous task for the the line management
This event will, because of the presenter's expertise in this area, explore what are enablers and barriers to the success of this process and where they see the future direction and indeed support that may be required to successfully embed this type of practice in an organisation

We expect this event to be heavily subscribed so members are advised to register now to avoid disappointment.
