El Mato a un Policia Motorizado live in Dublin

From La Plata, Argentina, indie rockers El Mato a un Policia Motorizado have gained a cult following in the past years with acclaimed albums released recently, “La Dinastia Scorpio” in 2012 following “La Sintesis O’Konor” in 2017.

As someone someday said ‘rock and roll is a universal language’, El Mato and their renowned melodic noise sound are the best example with an intelligently shoegaze and lo-fi sound, conjures rock evocative of Sonic Youth, Pixies, Pavement and Guided by Voices; despites their Spanish Lyrics, they captured respectful attention outside Spanish speaking countries.

This summer 2022 will see them play the acclaimed Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona and during the weekend in Primavera la Ciutat with folowing dates in Paris, Berlin, London, Valencia and Madrid.
