Electronic Health Records in Ireland – getting it right from the start
Event Information
About this Event
The field of eHealth and Electronic Health Records is entering an important phase in Ireland, particularly since the advent of Slaintecare. The Irish healthcare and research environments need to develop standardised, user-friendly solutions to provide access to people’s health information, and to facilitate appropriate sharing of health data.
Hosted as part of IPPOSI's 2019 Theme of Patient Data, this conference offers a unique forum for discussions on how the design & development of eHealth technologies in Ireland can be based on people’s needs, with a focus on ethical sharing, patients’ privacy and respect for people’s choices and preferences.
This conference complies with Patients Included Conference Charter. To learn more about what that means—and how it might be of benefit to you, if you are a patient, carer, and/or advocate, click here.
