The aim of our workshop is to demystify the symptoms of peri-menopause/menopause and understanding what might be causing them. Infomation, education and protection give you freedom to choose!!

We will guide you through managing both the psychological and physical challenges with compassion and empathy. You will learn a wealth of self-care practices that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. A toolkit of small changes that can really help you thrive during this transition.

The conversation around menopause can cause many reactions but ultimately when you get a group of women together it becomes an enriching and supportive conversation. There will be ample opportunities for gentle self enquiry, discussions, and space for questions and connections.

You will feel rested, supported and inspired after this workshop.

Many of the practices will be recorded live and emailed after the workshop for unlimited home support.

We look forward to welcoming you!
