TOPIC: 'The Power of Asking not Telling'

As coaches we understand that the person almost always has the answers within. So often in the modern world, advisers rush to tell, rather than ask to develop. Having experienced this light bulb learning for himself Gerry Duffy will share some personal experiences as well as case studies which highlight the true power of helping the person discover the answers for themselves and the legacies it can leave.

Gerry Duffy is one of the most sought after professional business speakers in the areas of Leadership and Goal Setting. His skills are in helping leverage the power of people who work in companies and organisations. With a Masters Degree in Business Practice, a CV that has seen him work with over 800 companies and organisations since 2010 and a personal passion that has seen him complete many extreme sporting challenges (including running 32 marathons in 32 consecutive days) Gerry brings a mixture of corporate insights as well as personal successes to his inspirational keynotes, workshops as well as his corporate Leadership programmes. His clients include Facebook, Google, Bank of America, British Gas and Coca Cola - as well as many senior inter-county football and hurling teams and sporting organisations.
