Springboard+ courses are delivered by higher education colleges namely University of Limerick and Technological University of the Shannon (formerly LIT) and are short flexible programmes to help employees upskill and develop their careers while at work or seeking to return to employment. Courses range across disciplines and are funded between 90-100% depending on the level of the programme and all courses are co funded by the EU.
