Join us for the next webinar in the CIPD Regional series hosted by the CIPD Western Region Committee on Wednesday 8 June 2022 at 12.00 where we will be joined by David McCarroll, Ronan Daly Jermyn LLP (RDJ)'s Employment Group who will provide an update on the most recent case law and changes to employment legislation as well as what changes are ahead. David will also be discussing recent and planned changes across areas such as remote working, statutory sick pay, protected disclosure obligations, retirement, as well as touching on some recent case law developments.

David McCarroll is a partner in the Ronan Daly Jermyn LLP (RDJ)’s Employment Group, operating from their Galway offices. David advises a wide range of private sector med-tech and life science clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
In addition, David has a particular expertise in advising clients from within the healthcare and education sectors. He has developed a practical and commercially aware approach to the range of issues that arise in those specific sectors such as fixed term work claims, equality claims, disputes arising from public sector and other collective agreements and complex industrial relations disputes and strikes within unionised workforces generally.
