This meditative experience offers a unique and immersive way to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul as we draw towards the end of the year.

In the dimly lit, cosy space sink into stillness as we begin with a Calming Breathwork practice followed by a Surrendering Yoga Nidra meditation, gliding into over an hour of Soulful Sound Healing Vibrations with quartz crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, voice, shruti, kalimba, shaman drum, handpan, native American flute… to name just a few.
This will enable you to drop down into your parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself. Beautiful inspiring poetry will be shared along with the scent of calming essential oils.

💫 What is Sound Healing: Sound healing, alternatively known as Sound Therapy or Vibrational Medicine, is the practice of using sound and frequency to bring harmony, healing and relaxation to the body, mind & soul. Vibrations from the instruments & sacred chant assist the release of energetic and emotional blockages in the body and stimulate healing.
💫 What is Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation also known as Non Sleep Deep Rest or Effortless Relaxation with intention setting (Sankalpa). In NSDR we surf between states of wakefulness & sleep. The body finds its natural state of equilibrium, the breath balances, conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves and we fall into a state of deep rest and blissful awareness.
💫 What are Conscious Breathing techniques: Practices which have the potential to clear physical, emotional and mental obstacles in our body, free the breath and so free the flow of our life force. When we consciously transform and change the pattern of the breath, it changes our nervous system and brain work. There are many breathwork techniques, and with practice, breathwork can change our endocrine system, blood chemistry, hormonal balance, reduce anxiety, boast energy and much more.
Connecting to the breath connects us to the present moment...the only moment there is.

💫 What to bring/wear:
· A yoga mat
. A blanket
· Something to cover your eyes
· Water to harmonise it during the sound healing and to hydrate after the session
· Wear cosy warm clothes
· Bring anything that will allow you to rest deeply.
· We will not generate heat in this session, your body temperature WILL drop. Please prepare with this in mind
· We respectfully ask that you do not bring your phone into the session as we move away from our usual state of more or less constant doing and move into a state of being and resting
· Due to the silent nature of the session late arrivals cannot be admitted, thank you for understanding
· Please arrive in good time so you are well settled in (the doors will open 10 min before the start time).
💫 This event is NOT suitable for those with:
· Sound sensitive epilepsy
· Pregnant women (Sound Healing not suitable in first trimester)
· Deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
· Acute inflammations and tumours.
· Pacemaker or defibrillator (can not be placed on or near the affected area)
· A metallic implant (can not be placed on or near the affected area).
· If you are post surgery (before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed).
· Severe tinnitus
· PTSD, Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychiatric condition.
· Raynaud’s Disease, Buerger's disease
· Under influence of alcohol or drugs
· Cardiovascular issues
· Severe mental illness
· Heavy medication
· Severe Asthma
*Always let us know if you have any implants, screws, artificial joints, inflamed joints and veins, inflammatory skin disorders, weeping eczema, diseased veins as they can not work near to this affected area.
