SWIM 0800 -1000 - 5KM Challenge
- We will have 4 lanes, with a group swimming in each – the group will do a TT format or ‘train’ swim.
- The pace will be easy, it’s a challenge not a race and we will be swimming so that everyone gets a draft – aiming for 5km for everyone.
- If 5km seems too daunting, we would be more than happy for anyone to come swim for a time target if you have one.
BIKE 1000 - 1230
Group Spin - 2-3 groups for 2- 2.5 hours,
~ 20-24kph / 26-28kph / 28-30 kph
RUN 1300
Finish off with a run on the Riverbank
Limerick TC will cover the cost of the pool hire, and we are asking for a donation of €20 to the Charitable fund.
