Hi everyone!
I’m running an Energy Healing Clinic every Thursday at St. Mary’s College, Emmet Place — and you’re very welcome to drop in for a gentle boost of calm and balance.

If you’ve been feeling:

……this relaxing 20-minute session is a lovely way to unwind and feel centred again.

Locals from Youghal and the surrounding areas are all welcome.

I also offer a full 90-minute Reiki/Energy Healing treatment for anyone who’d like a deeper session (booking required).
