The e-learning has been deisgned to help volunteer involving organisations identify gaps in their current volunteer management practices. Participants should be currently engaging volunteers in their organisation to enable them to get the most from the course. The course is designed as part of a continuum to our Fundamentals of Volunteer Management series.

At the end of the course:

• You will have increased confidence to involve migrants in your volunteer team
• You will understand volunteering from the migrant’s perspective

We will set the content in terms of

• culture and interculturalism
• planning for, engagement and selection of people from migrant background
• support, supervision and retention of migrant volunteers
