Engaging Men in EDI: Opening the Conversation in Higher Education

UCD’s Engaging Men in EDI Group would like to invite everyone from all sectors to join a dynamic event focused on engaging men in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). Regardless of which sector you work in, this event offers an opportunity to explore how men can play a more active and confident role in creating inclusive and supportive workplaces.

Engaging men in EDI benefits organisations of every kind. It strengthens culture, improves collaboration, supports wellbeing, and helps build environments where everyone feels valued. Many men want to contribute but aren’t always sure how. This event provides practical insights, open conversation, and real examples to help bridge that gap. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with others committed to positive cultural change and take away ideas they can apply directly within their own organisations in a save and inclusive environment.
