Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Early Childhood Care and Education

With the widely changing diversity of families in Donegal, DCCC look forward to continuing to roll out the popular Diversity, Equality and Inclusion training programme to support Early Educators in their role. The 15 hour programme will explore what inclusion in an early learning centre in Ireland really looks like, why it's important, how to support all children/families to feel empowered and fully included in your service. The programme will be delivered over 5 evening sessions: Monday 13th Feb, 20th Feb, 27th feb, 6th March and 13th March between 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Free resources will also be provided including skin tone paints, dolls and children's books which show positive representation of all children in our community
