About this event
Who is missing in the room, and why does that matter? In this session, we will evaluate and discuss the barriers leading to inequality, and discuss ways to smash them. As the whole community benefits from plural environments, this workshop brings tools so we are able to foster democracy -- at work, in our relationships and in the structures of power.
