Erasmus+ KA2 Project Management Day

This Erasmus+ KA2 Project Management Day is designed for recently funded Strategic Partnership projects and takes you through all aspects of managing your project, including:

• Contract overview
• Financial overview
• Using the Mobility Tool
• Managing (Intellectual Outputs/LTTs/Multiplier events)
• Disseminating project results
• Analysing impact.
  

The day is intended for those directly involved in co-ordinating or managing the project and is restricted to 2 participants per project. Participants should be familiar with the project structure, and bring:

• a copy of their project contract
  
• their EU Login account details
• a laptop or other mobile device to access the Mobility Tool.
