Everyday Mindfulness

Mindfulness seems to be everywhere, yet much of what is on offer suggests that it is all about achieving a calm clear mind, which in many contexts seems unlikely.

This workshop will offer you some practical tools that will help you begin to interrupt a sense of relentless busyness. Designed to be learned and applied on a regular everyday basis (and eventually in the midst of challenge) - micro mindfulness practices are effective in accessing simpledirect ways of coming back to present moment awareness.

For those completely new to mindfulness - this workshop might offer you a place to start. For those with some experience of mindfulness, the day might help you build stronger connections with everyday mindfulness. For those with an established mindfulness practice, this may be an opportunity to find new ways of cultivating your embodied intention to be present, even in a few short seconds. To us all, these practices offer a place to pause and choose a more kindly response to whatever is arising.
