About this event
In March 2021, the Bank of Ireland announced the closure of 103 regional branches, fundamentally altering the physical, social and economic landscape of Irish towns. As these unique bank buildings were parcelled up for sale, the exhibitors began to consider their legacy and latent potential. To find out more join architects Tom Cookson and Sarah Carroll for a presentation.
House it all work? Housing Unlocked is an exhibition of eight ideas developed by teams who are passionate about improving housing. Over a series of eight individual talks each exhibitor will demonstrate how their proposition will unlock the housing challenge.
Housing Unlocked is a partnership between the Irish Architecture Foundation and The Housing Agency. The exhibition and programme are curated by the Irish Architecture Foundation. For further information and full engagement programme visit housingunlocked.ie
