Expert Demonstration of Taiwanese/Chinese Cookery

The School of Culinary Arts & Food Technology, DIT, in association with the Taipei Representative Office in Ireland invite you to: An afternoon Demonstration of Expert Chinese Cookery followed with a light reception and tasting of chinese food in the Schools Green Room Restaurant.
Associate Professor Chen, Cheng-Chung is academic in the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism School in Taiwan and was award an International Culinary Art Masters in 2011. Joining Prof Chen is Mr Xander LI Head Chef in JOHOJiA, Taiwan was the Gold Medal Award winner in Singapore FHA International Cuisine Competition in 2012. We welcome indusrty experts and member of the publilic to join us for this special event kindly supported by the Taipei Representative Office in Ireland.
