About this event

The collaborators of the Heart of Frontline Practice Alliance: Dr Maeve Hurley, Dr Nicola O’Sullivan and SHEP warmly invite you to the next session in their ‘Touchpoint Series’. The inclusive event will take place on Tuesday 28th February between 11am – 1pm at Northridge House, Blackrock, Cork.

The event will be hosted by Dr Maeve Hurley, founder of Ag Eisteacht, and one of the three collaborators behind the Heart of Frontline Practice.

Martin O’Connor will facilitate a two hour, in-person session on “Exploring Psychological Safety in Teams”.

Martin O’Connor is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and works independently as a Clinical & Coaching Psychology Consultant. Martin provides training, mentoring, supervision and coaching to disability service organisations and early intervention services in Ireland, as well as clinical and coaching supervision to individuals across the statutory, voluntary and small-business sectors. Martin lectures and provides coach mentoring to students on the Masters in Coaching Psychology programme in University College Cork, Ireland. Martin also lectures in Mary Immaculate College of Education (University of Limerick, Ireland) to final year teacher training students. Martin is co-author of a book: ‘Coaching Psychology for Mental Health: Borderline Personality Disorder and Personal Psychological Recovery’ (O’ Connor & O’ Donovan, 2022, Routledge).This in-person continuing professional development session is open to all practitioners. The intention is to create a supportive space where we can come together as committed practitioners to connect, share and learn and to deepen our understanding of what it means to be truly engaged in values-based, heartful practice.

We hope that you can take two hours out of your daily routine work to join us for this nourishing and inspiring session on Tuesday 28th February from 11am – 1pm with Martin O'Connor who will share his wonderful wisdom and insight.Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Location:

This is an in-person event, which will be held in Northridge House, Blackrock, Cork.

Fee:

The subsidised fee for this 2 hour workshop is €30 per person.

Booking deadline: 27th February 2023

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the workshop. However, under exceptional circumstances, this can be reviewed by the organisers.
