Description

Christine Kinealy will give a lecture entitled, 'Frederick Douglass and Ireland – a transatlantic view of poverty and oppressionas', part of the Famine Reflections Speaker Series. This lecture will take place at 11 a.m. on June 27th, 2018 and will be held in the President’s Room at Dublin Castle. Christine Kinealy is an Irish historian, author, and founding director of Ireland’s Great Hunger Institute at Quinnipiac University.
