We love our festivals, we do! And here’s our latest: Fanah-Fest is Eight Degrees Brewing’s Beer and Music Festival for St Fanahan’s Day, celebrating the warrior patron saint of Mitchelstown.
It’s happening over the weekend 25-26 November. On Saturday 25 November, we’ll be officially launching our new #MauritiustoMitchelstown brewery, complete with beer tours and tastings from 2pm to 5pm. Then, we’re off into Mitchelstown for a live music trail, fun, games and merriment.
On Sunday 26 November, there will be a music and beer trail around Mitchelstown from 5pm onwards.
Keep an eye on #FANAHFEST on social media (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram) for more details.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We will only be serving beer to over 18s.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There will be parking at the brewery on Saturday afternoon. Cars have to be removed by 6pm as that is when the gates close and will remain closed until Monday morning. There is plenty of free parking in Mitchelstown, which is 15 minutes walk from the brewery. We're planning on having a shuttle bus taking people from the brewery into town from 4.30pm
Bus Eireann is the best way of getting to / from Mitchelstown on public transport. The route is the Expressway X8 and you can look at the timetable here.
