When I offered my first yoga class in the cold Ballinrobe community centre 22 years ago, yoga and meditation were strange words and even more foreign concepts for most people roling out a yoga mat on the floor of the community centre. Yet some brave people were curious and started to pave a path so many today walk effortlessly, guiding them into one of the many local yoga classes everywhere in the country!

Many, many classes, workshops and retreats later it is time for me to leave the magic of Mayo for good soon. Having reached retirement age may have installed a longing to return to my place of origin, Switzerland.

But I also I've listened to all of you who requested and inspired me with kind and lovely words to offer another Yoga Day, a good-bye on the mat. So here it is, with a heartfelt 'Thank You' to all the wonderful people, who over the years joined my classes and events!

Come and join us for a day of rebalancing, revitalizing and restoring your core; Leave your stress behind and reset your flow of vital energy, upgrading your resilience to remain clear, strong and calm in times of challenge and uncertainty.

Remember, Yoga and Meditation are magic, if we allow it to happen.

Here is what you can expect from the day:

  • The Yoga Day program is designed for mixed levels, adjustable to your own form.
  • An ecclectic blend of breathwork, asanas, Yoga Nidra and meditation will leave you focused, invigorated and deeply relaxed at the same time by the end of the day
  • A nurturing, homemade vegetarian soup for the one-hour lunch break
  • 2 Tea & Coffee breaks
  • The beautiful surroundings of Creagh House are great to take a walk during lunch break
  • Be in the lovely company of like-minded people
  • Leave the Yoga Day with joyful memories, sprinkling throughout your body-mind connection way beyond this Yoga Day!

My name is Esther Moser and I bring over 30 years experience of being a workshop facilitator and therapeutic coach to each event.

As a certified psychotherapist Yoga teacher, EFT Tapping Practitioner & NLP Master Practitioner with a medical background, I will create a safe, transformational space for your next 'Tap & Stretch' experience:
