“Kickstart” is a one-day workshop-based innovation training program to put any idea you may have on a path to making it happen.

It is about upskilling you to do something new within your farm business. Whether you want to overcome cost inflation by adding value to your commodity produce, or work towards carbon reduction or improved profitability through improved processes or new technology, whatever your idea this is the workshop to get you started.

The workshop will focus on:

- Crystallising and developing your idea

- Moving it from an idea to a business pitch

- Defining your market and target user

- How to validate the market and your idea before investment

- Creating a commercial business case for investment/funding

- Overview of funding and grant support available within Ireland and EU

- Commercialising your idea – the stages to making it a reality

A one day in-person course with like-minded peers.
