About this event
The Felt Creation making classes
A fun practical workshop were we will have a selection of suitable felts and trims you'll bee show different ways to work with the felt, to create a lovely bespoke brooch or felt creation. We will assist you in the selecting of wools and trims, then show how to fuse them together. At the end of class you will have a finished piece you can take away with you.
To help get the creative juices flowing you’ll start the class off with a glass of prosecco, tea or coffee and later a selection of sweet and savoury treats will be provided by our in-house cafe & boutique of local artisan foods!
All one day classes are suitable for beginners and all materials are provided. These classes are perfect for team building or great craic for hen parties, or just an excuse for a get together with friends!
Class with Standard Tea treats: Tea or coffee with selection of artisan dips & cheese board served with Local sourced chutneys & crackers, sweet and savoury treats
Class with High Tea: Same as above with a glass or two of prosecco
One day Class time - 1-4

The Design House seek to arm people with their own design & making skills by facilitating weekly classes in dressmaking . All sewing course are keep small so you get individual attention to suit your individual skill level. All basic equipment and materials will be provided and extra materials can be purchased in-house. they are 2 hour class either as groups or 1 to 1 classes
We have also developed a novel idea of running one day creative classes in Candle , Millinery, Jewellery making & many more Craft making classes with Tea treats . Which make for a fun creative afternoon . These classes are perfect for team building or great craic for hen parties, or just an excuse for a get together with friends! You will learn a new skill while sipping a glass of prosecco and/or a cup of tea, along with some sweet and savoury tea treats from in house café and locally sourced artisan foods from our boutique. this classes are 2.30 to 3 hour long, One day class .
All classes due to covid-19 are keep small and we provide face masks and cloves along with hand sanitising station for students
