Festival Mná

At Festival Mná we are gathering to embody a wellness experience that merges our ancient wisdom with our current day reality, one that honours the duality of life; darkness and light, chaos and order, feminine and masculine energies.

As women that can heal, awaken and unite to bring forth a better future for ourselves and the land around us, leaving a legacy for our daughters and those that go before us.

Each and every one of us women will play an important role in the energy created at Festival Mná. The circle is more than an experience or holistic healing journey – The purpose is to bring together the women of Ireland, to awaken our feminine hearts in the heart of Ireland and reclaim this traditional day of Nollaig na mBan, celebrating every woman in Ireland.

The day will be led by some of the most inspiring facilitators in Ireland who in various ways embody the empowering energy of Irish women in strength and love.

Throughout our festival will will have various holistic workshops Yoga, Breathwork, Inspirational speeches , Dancing, Fitness classes , Cacao Ceremonies, Music, Sound healing, Shamanic Drumming, Crafts, Arts and so much more.

The facilitators will hold space for all participants to explore and embrace the beauty of wellness and connection to themselves and each other through:

EXPERIENCE

We want to create a magical experience felt by the holistic practices on the day.

We want to encourage all women ,especially 3 generations of women coming together for this historical event.

GIVING BACK

All funding from this event is going to our chosen Charity of SOSAD Ireland, who raise awareness and help prevent suicide in Ireland.

SOSAD mission is to help every community to develop their own sense of security through positive mental wellbeing and Suicide Prevention through Early Intervention providing much needed services to the young people in Ireland who need this intervention now.

A charity very close to our hearts.
