In the wake of the happenings at ‘The Voice of Holland’, it’s now more important than ever to create working environments where people feel comfortable speaking up in compromising situations. This WICT Network Europe event will be an afternoon panel discussion focusing on how companies can create safe environments in which people feel empowered to speak up against sexual – and other forms of – harassment in the work place. Sexual harassment has become normalised over the years; how do we stop accepting (turning a blind eye to) unacceptable behaviours?
