Come join us on Sunday the 8th December for a celebration of life, nature, friendship community and new season above the city skyline of Dublin.

We thought of no better way than to get people out and up in to the fresh crisp winter air, among nature and all its glory.

Bring your family, dogs, friends and lets take a couple of hours to capture some moments of appreciation and gratitude for what we do have in life compared to what we don't have.

As we enter in to the Christmas rush we want to take a moment to create calm among the chaos with some guided meditation and breathing helping our friends and family understand that the best gift in life is presence.

We will take some time to let go of some negative energy and limiting beliefs with a closing ceremony before we head down to the FitVan for a nice warm bowl of stew (meat & vegetarian).

For those that wish to join us for a few hot whiskeys and mulled wine later in the afternoon you are most welcome (venue in town tbc).

This event is open to all, please confirm your attendance so we know how many people to cater for.
