Terms & Conditions

• Ticket holders must be over 18 years of age

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission at all times

• I.D required. Acceptable forms of ID include Passport, Drivers Licence & Garda Age Card

• It is our policy not to enter into any discussion at the door in the event of a refusal of admission.

• No reserved seating

• Tickets are sold subject to the management's right to change or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund monies.

• Arrival drinks ticket holder; If you purchased an arrival drink ticket - glass of sparkling wine ticket and/or a glass of champagne ticket - you will receive a drink token when you collect your tickets at Fitzsimons Hotel. Present this token to the bar staff in the venue to redeem your drink before 11pm on the night.

• All arrival drink ticket holders must be in the venue before 11pm to redeem their arrival drink. After 11pm arrival drinks will not be served and no refunds will be given. Each arrival drink ticket holder is entitled to one arrival drink only before 11pm.

• Tickets purchased on the eventbrite platform will be available for collection at the reception of Fitzsimons Hotel, 21-22 Wellington Quay, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 D02 YK79. You can collect ticket(s) any time up until 8pm on 31st December 2017. Proof of purchase email receipt and valid ID (Passport or Drivers Licence) must be presented at time of ticket collection.
