Event description
Launch Event for women in Mayo to consider self-employment to gain access to flexible and financially rewarding work opportunities.

About this Event

Become Self Employed/ Work From Home

Create work around your life NOT your life around work!

A flexible & financially rewarding option for today's busy women.

Vicki McGowan, Founder of Outsource2day invites you to the launch of an online program offering women the opportunity to become self-employed remote contractors.

In collaboration with Louise McDonnell, Social Media Author, Trainer & Keynote Speaker and Celia Keenaghan, Ireland's first consultant certified in Wealth Dynamics, a profiling system for building trust and flow in business, we have developed a program to recruit/train/support women looking for alternative work options that is flexible, financially rewarding while also provides ongoing support for initial 12 months.

The overall objective is to support women become self-employed remote contractors by removing the fear from the process and providing the support and relevant training necessary to work closely with businesses that are actively seeking the support they will be trained in.

Who Should Attend:

  • Women looking for flexible work opportunities.
  • Business owners keen to learn about the benefits of outsourcing.
  • Established freelancers/consultants interested to learn about Outsource2day.

On the day we will outline the 3 stages involved in the program, the benefits to those that register & the benefits to businesses that engage the service of Outsource2day to manage the process of connecting them with the right remote contractors to match their business needs.

Some interesting facts!

In a recent survey carried amongst women throughout Ireland, the following responses were received:

For the question:

What is your initial reaction to the program we are developing?

Over 92% answered "somewhat/very positive"

Do you feel there is a need to provide women with work solutions that are flexible and financially rewarding?

84% responded "extremely/very much needed"

While 65% answered the following as "definitely/probably need"

When you think about this program, do you think of it as something you need or don’t need?

What surprised us the most was that of those that responded less than 10% were unemployed!

So come along and help us celebrate the launch of a program that we believe will have a positive impact on many.
