Description
Dublin City Council's Public Art Programme, in association with the Geographical Society of Ireland and Cultúr Lab UCD, is delighted to announce an evening of talks to mark the launch of a new public art commission Flood, which invites proposals for public artwork(s) that respond to the work of the OPW and DCC in creating flood defences along the river Dodder. This work has been undertaken in response to flooding caused by extreme weather events over many decades and is timely given recent major weather events.
