Guardian Safety is a FETAC registered training provider and all our trainers hold Formal Food Safety Qualifications. All course instructors hold ‘Train the Trainer’ Certification.

Who Should Attend
This course is intended for those who have responsibility for managing food safety or who are involved in food preparation, service, handling and storage, who have already completed Basic Food Safety. It is ideal also for those working in professional kitchens, canteens, nursing homes, hospitals, delicatessens as well as food producers.

Refresher Training & Certification Validity Period
It is recommended that all training is refreshed at intervals not greater than 3 years.
Additional Information
DVD and laptop/projector presentation are used. Notes on Food Safety Hygiene – Introduction to HACCP – Level 2 are provided to each participant.
Food Safety Hygiene Introduction to HACCP – Level 2 Certification
Guardian Safety ‘Food Safety Hygiene – Introduction to HACCP – Level 2’ Certificate is awarded to participants on successful completely course.
